As he kept compiling about sluggish CPU and Wifi performance, I decided to buy off the laptop from him rather than trying to do upgrades to my wife’s T450, i.e HD screen, backlit keyboard, etc.I believe the T470 can be upgraded to a 1440p display (it's not shown in the specifications but the T470s can be, so I don't see why the T470 couldn't be). Anything beyond 1440p I believe is currently not possible, but I think someone in the community is working on a mod kit that would make it possible to upgrade to a 4K display or something .
